Our Founder
Pastor Nicole Rainey
Pastor Nicole graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in 1999 alongside he husband, C.F., and together they have been pastoring since 2002. Although she never envisioned herself leading a women's ministry, she felt a strong desire to create an event that would bring women together for a weekend filled with encounters with God, meaningful connections with other women, and plenty of fun. The vision led to the first RISE Conference in 2018. Through the RISE Conference, she aims to inspire women to embrace their God-given identify, refresh them in the power of the Holy Spirit, and empower them to overcome the enemy in their lives while deepening their fellowship with the Lord.
